Basic Fishing Instruction with Henry “Kiki” Saavedra Community Center
March 31 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Department volunteers will be instructing a group from the ages of 5-14 on the basics of casting and fishing. Topics to be covered will be an introduction to rod and reel assembly, casting and fishing with an emphasis on safety. We may also spend some time learning a knot and discussing New Mexico sportfishing. This event is closed to the public.
