Waterfowl Hunting Workshop.

The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish will host a beginner Waterfowl Hunting Workshop at the Department’s Northwest Area office at 7816 Alamo Road NW in Albuquerque. This will take place Sunday, Aug. 24, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Participants will learn hunting techniques, waterfowl identification, necessary gear, rules and regulations, locations and calls. Open to adults with little or no waterfowl hunting experience.
Registration will open at 8 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 11, 2025. It will close when the workshop is full. This workshop is free and open for adults, 18 years of age and older. Registration link: https://qfreeaccountssjc1.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4Ob3Ceiel3Js12C
