ng clinic will be held for Cub Scout Pack 12 at Tingley Beach from 9 a.m.-noon. Participants between kindergarten-fourth grade and their parents will spend the morning at Tingley Beach, where they’ll experience an interactive learning segment that provides a high-level overview of angling essentials tailored to the age group of the participants. Topics include fish species/anatomy, habitat, diet, understanding fishing gear, tying knots, safety and more. Following that segment, participants will immediately put their newfound knowledge into practice and demonstrate sustainable fishing practices. This event is closed to the public.
