ALTHOUGH A QUORUM OF STATE GAME COMMISSIONERS MAY BE PRESENT AT THIS EVENT IT WILL NOT BE AN “OPEN MEETING” OF THE STATE GAME COMMISSION PURSUANT TO THE NEW MEXICO OPEN MEETINGS ACT, 10-15-1 et seq. NMSA 1978. THERE SHALL BE NO DIRECT DISCUSSION AMONG FOUR OR MORE STATE GAME COMMISSIONERS, NO FORMULATION OF PUBLIC POLICY, NO DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL POLICY, NO DEVELOPMENT OF RULES, REGULATIONS OR ORDINANCES, NO DISCUSSION OF PUBLIC BUSINESS AND NO CONDUCT OF BUSINESS BY VOTE OR ANY OTHER ACTION WITHIN THE AUTHORITY OF THE FULL STATE GAME COMMISSION THAT WILL OCCUR AT THIS EVENT.
