The meeting will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the San Rafael Ballroom at Hotel Encanto, 705 Telshor Blvd., in Las Cruces. Other agenda items include: An update on the development of shooting ranges in New Mexico. An update on actions by the New Mexico Legislature affecting the department.
