Mrs. Hickey serves as a Program Manager for the Associate Laboratory Director for Environment, Safety, Health, Quality, Safeguards and Security whose goal is to protect and preserve people, the environment, resources and information at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Leading the Office of Institutional Policy, Mrs. Hickey has extensive experience in policies and procedures, government contracts, employment law and alternative dispute and conflict resolution. Mrs. Hickey is a native New Mexican and was raised in Los Alamos.
