SUMMARY:Governor's Fall Fest
DESCRIPTION:    I am pleased to invite your agency to participate in The Governor’s Annual Fall Festival. The event is scheduled for Sunday\, October 13 from approximately 11-4 pm. This year\, we aim to create an engaging and interactive experience for the public\, featuring live entertainment and a variety of carnival games. \nAs part of the festival\, we encourage each agency to create and run a carnival game and decorate a tent for the event. However\, it is crucial that we ensure adequate staffing for the games throughout the entire festival. In the past\, we have faced challenges with games closing early due to insufficient coverage or candy supplies. To avoid these issues\, I kindly ask that you assess your agency’s capacity to participate fully or consider being partnering with       another agency to fill any gaps. If you wish to be partnered\, please let me know. Trunk or treat is not an option this year.
