DESCRIPTION:This workshop is required to become a certified hunter education instructor and will certify the individual to teach both the Traditional and the Field Day Hunter Education student courses. This workshop also provides a NM Hunter Education certification to new instructors who need a required NM hunter education number. All participants must register prior to attending. SUMMARY:Bowhunter Skills Camp
DESCRIPTION:This camp is for participants of any age who is interested in learning more about the basics of archery and bow hunting. Participants will learn archery basics and safety\, how to choose equipment\, proper shot placement while hunting\, outdoor preparedness and more! All archery equipment will be provided; however\, participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment if they have it. Camping is available at the State Park per reservation. Participants are responsible for all food and drinks. Youth under 18 must have a parent or adult present during the camp. \nRegistration opens April 7 at 9 a.m. on the following link\, https://forms.office.com/g/zJBykJzUZA.
