The manual can be downloaded for free at\, www.hunter-ed.com/newmexico/manual/ or students can pick up a free hard copy manual at Cibola County Sheriff’s Office\, 2001 Clif Lear Rd.\, Grants\, NM 87020. Students are required to turn in their completed manual worksheets upon arrival to class. \n  \nRegistration opens on July 15\, at 9 a.m. and is conducted online through the students Customer Id Number (CIN) Account. SUMMARY:Fly Fishing 101 Class
DESCRIPTION:This class is open to any lady who is interested in learning the basics of fly fishing. The morning session will focus on fly fishing equipment selection\, knot tying\, selecting lures/flies\, casting instruction and general discussions on where to go. The afternoon session will be on the water! Casting and fishing instruction will be provided by professional fishing guides and Trout Unlimited -Enchanted Circle Chapter volunteers. Loaner equipment will be provided but participants are encouraged to bring their own if they have it. \nThis class will be offered by volunteers from the Enchanted Circle Chapter of Trout Unlimited. \nRegistration is available here. Slots will be filled on a first-come\, first-serve basis. To qualify for the camp\, participants must have a Customer Identification Number account with the department and complete the required homework before attending.

DESCRIPTION:This workshop is required to become a certified hunter education instructor and will certify the instructor to teach both the Traditional and the Field Day Hunter Education student courses. \nThis workshop will also provide the NM Hunter Education certification to new instructors who need a required NM hunter education number. \nAll participants must register prior to attending. Please see registration details below. \nInterested applicants need to first become certified Game and Fish volunteers. Below are the steps to become a certified volunteer: \n1. Create a Customer Identification Account (CIN) with the Department at https://onlinesales.wildlife.state.nm.us/ \n2. Email Storm Usrey at storm.usrey@dgf.nm.gov for complete volunteer on-boarding packet.                                                                                                    \n3.Once the application is approved\, certified volunteers can sign-up for the hunter education workshop through their CIN account
