CATCH THE NEW SEASON OF ‘NEW MEXICO WILDLIFE’ Big game and important survival skills are featured in the new season of “New Mexico Wildlife,” the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish television show. “New Mexico Wildlife” starts its 14-week run at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, on KASA Channel 2. New episodes include a look at how the Department manages the state's elk herds, how to survive a night in the wilderness, stocking the Valle Vidal with Rio Grande Cutthroat trout and cooking tasty grub with Dan Brooks, the Cast Iron Ranger. The show airs every Saturday at 6:30 a.m. on KASA Channel 2, and at 6:30 p.m. Sundays on KENW, Eastern New Mexico University’s Public Broadcasting Service station. It also airs at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays on KRWG Channel 22, the Las Cruces area PBS station. This month's KASA Channel 2 lineup:
